Happy Thanksgiving!

Wishing you and your family a very Happy Thanksgiving holiday!  We'll be spending the day with family, enjoying some delicious food, playing some games, and watching Remington toddle all around chasing Lucy!  Sounds perfect to me!

This past year has been a great one for my business, and I'm so thankful for all of my wonderful clients, as well as family and friends, who continue to support this dream of mine.  I truly love what I do, and I count my lucky stars to feel so passionate about my career.  There are some exciting things in store for Stewart Imagery in the coming months... I look forward to sharing more on this soon!

For now, I just want to take this time to be thankful.  Thankful for a wonderful husband.  Thankful for our sweet son who makes us laugh and smile each day.  Thankful for our loving family.  For our friends.  And for Lucy and Lola who endure singing baby toys, high-pitch squeals, and playful tugs on whiskers and ears from their little brother.  Thankful for another day to enjoy this amazing thing called life.

Happy Thanksgiving!

The past 7 days has been a bit crazy!  I've been without a computer...which is bad because I'm wrapping up my busiest season with lots of editing and blogging to accomplish!  However, it was nice to have a bit of a break and to spend some quality snuggling time with my baby boy! I'm happy to say that my computer is back to normal, and I'm ready to play catch up!  I'm so excited to share this next family session!  You may remember the sweet little face, Harrison, who recently celebrated his 1st birthday!  Happy (belated!) 1st Birthday, Harrison!!!  I had the awesome opportunity to photograph Harrison's family - his proud grandparents, Mike, Carol, Alan, and Judy - as well as his Aunt Sarah, Uncle Robb, and darling cousin Emma!  Sarah is expecting twin boys, so the holidays will be even more fun once they arrive!  Although it was a bit chilly, we had a beautiful fall afternoon to capture their family portraits!  Let's get right to some of my favorites!  Friends and family can view their entire gallery here (COMING SOON!).

Look at that smile, Harrison!

Harrison loved walking through the crunchy leaves!

I just had to include the image I used as their Facebook sneak peek!
Harrison, you are just adorable!

Such a strong little guy! ;)

Sooo cute!

Another favorite!  Valerie and Scott, I'm so glad we got a few images of just the two of you!

Valerie's parents, Mike and Carol, just adore their little grandson!

Valerie's sister, Sarah, her husband, Robb, and their sweet little Emma!

Emma, you are going to be a great big sister to your two baby brothers!

Emma was determined not to get any leaves on her pretty pink dress...she had an exciting evening ahead of her because her parents were taking her to see Princess Sophia!

Harrison brought along one of his favorite toys!  He cruised right through the leaves!

Scott's parents, Judy and Alan, are all smiles around Harrison.  Harrison, you have such a sweet family!

Sarah and Robb found the perfect little path with amazing light and fall color!

Emma, you are so pretty!

I just loved hearing her giggle!

Cousins!

Hi there, Harrison!

Another favorite!

And our last few frames of their session ended up being some of my absolute favorites!

See what I mean?!  Looove!

Scott and Valerie, it was such a pleasure to meet your family on such a perfect day!  Harrison continues to get cuter and cuter, if that's even possible, and I just love seeing the three of you as a family!  I adore you all!

Senior | Kelley

A couple of years ago, I had the honor of photographing her sweet sister Taylor's senior session.  And just a few weeks ago, I got to meet and photograph the gorgeous Kelley!  Kelley is bubbly, happy, down to earth, loves all things woodsy and colorful, loves spending time with friends, plays softball for her high school, and is a Notre Dame football fan.  She plans to study radiology.  I just love working with seniors!  They are always inspiring and have this yearning to do amazing things to help and serve others!  Kelley is always smiling!  In fact, when trying to get some more serious expressions, we would just crack up, because it's just so natural for her to smile!  Kelley, it was so fun hanging out with you on that lovely sunny afternoon!  Now sit back and relax as we take a look at some favorites from the day!  Friends and family can view Kelley's entire online gallery here.

Starting with a favorite!

Seriously beautiful, Kelley!

I just loved Kelley's jacket and scarf!  And I love this next image!

We had permission to take photos in and around this old barn.  So fun!

There was just something cool about this location... I've walked around and taken photos several times in the area, and it never really caught my eye until Kelley's session.  Love when that happens!

Don't you love Kelley's dress?!

While on location, we knew we were going to love this one...Definitely a favorite!

Kelley's sunglasses just happened to match her scarf!

Another favorite.

Did I mention we had gorgeous sunset glow-y light too?

I'll end with another one of my favorites.

Kelley, thank you so so SO much for such a fun senior session!  You are beautiful and sweet and so easy going.  I wish you all the best during your senior year and can't wait to see
what the future has in store for you!  So excited for you!!!
