Matt + Lindsay + Avery + Piper

We had a beautiful and breezy evening for one of my favorite family's latest session.  They chose to explore the colorful and unique Fountain Square district near downtown Indianapolis.  Matt, Lindsay, Avery, and Piper are a super fun bunch, always smiling, laughing and up for a good time!  They are a tight-knit (not to mention stylish and quite adorable!) family, and it was so fun to see them interact and snuggle for photos.  I have quite a few favorites, so let's get to them!  Friends and family can view their entire gallery here.

Right from the start, I knew we were in for a fun time!  Don't you love their ensembles?

I always look forward to photographing these two sisters!  I can't believe how much they've grown up since the last time they were in front of my camera!  Both of you are so beautiful!

Adorable Avery!  She's in the third grade this year!

And little sis Piper is in kindergarten and loving it!

Another favorite!

Yessss!  Love both of these!

This door was intriguing to this pair...I think they both tried to open it to see what was inside! ;)

A favorite!  Piper, you are beyond cute!

Avery loves fashion and design.  I can totally see her with
her own clothing and accessories line someday!  Gorgeous, Avery!

I love how Piper is smiling up at her big sister.

The girls had just picked out new fall boots, so a shoe photo was necessary indeed.
I love how they each have their own sense of style.

Piper graced us with a bit of opera-style singing.  I was impressed!

Lindsay!!!  You are so pretty!  Seriously.  So pretty!

Another favorite!

Love!

After a wardrobe and location change, we took a few photos at this cool abandoned diner that they had found while in the area a month or so before our session.  Good work, you guys!!!

You two are so cute.  I love both of these!

Another favorite!

Ok, this one too!

I'll end this post with these two images.  Daddy's girls!  Lovelovelove.

Matt, Lindsay, Avery, and Piper, thank you so much for sharing your evening with me!  I always enjoy our time together!  Thank you for being yourselves and just letting go in front of my lens.  Your love and joy as a family is radiant and refreshing, and such an honor for me to document.
Can't wait to see you all again soon!

Mustard Seed Gardens | Rustic Glam Styled Wedding Inspiration

There are ideas that you dream up and hope to one day fulfill.  That dream is crafted and perfected and idealized in your mind.  It consumes you.  There comes a point at which you have to act on it, or know that you'll one day wake up weeks, months, or years later wondering what could have been.  Until you ask.  So I asked and received a "Yes!"  After several yes's and some no's, a little dream of mine became a reality.  A sparkling gold with touches of aubergine and fuscia kind of reality!  With the generous help of several wedding industry peers, a late summer day was made brilliant, exciting, and oh so beautiful!  Please see all credits at the end of this post, plus a Slideshow with a few extra images!

Many, many thanks to this fine list of wedding professionals who gave of their valuable time and expertise, with our main goal of providing inspiration to future brides and grooms planning their special day.  It was an absolute pleasure to work with each and every one of you!  Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
