Sneak Peek II: Wedding: Kayleigh + Michael

Pin It It's been one of those days, one of those weeks, really, where time seems to fly by at warp speed!  I've been so excited to share more images from Kayleigh + Michael's garden wedding, and I know they are just as excited to see them!  Thank you so much for your patience!  And be ready for a full post next week!  Kayleigh and Michael, you had a truly spectacular wedding!  Thank you for allowing me to document your Big Day!  Here are a few more images!  And I must mention, this was one of the hottest days of the year!  This wedding party didn't complain once, and they absolutely rocked it out.  Oh, one more thing, the lighting this day was magic.  Pure magic.  Ok, on to the images!

Kayleigh, you are just stunning!   And the flowers were absolutely divine!

The Bling!

Michael and his crew!  (See that magical light? I was in heaven!)

Meanwhile, the girls laughed and chatted in the garden.

Don't you love their cake?  So colorful and fresh!

Happy Pink Thursday!

Hello friends!  Just wanted to wish you all a Happy Pink Thursday!  Now you may ask, "Pink Thursday"...what's that?  Well, I made it up!  The following photos can explain it though...enjoy!

One of the most beautiful sunsets ever...amazing!

Another view of the same sky

Reggie's Mom has this lovely botanical on her front porch...I believe this is a Bromeliad.
It's tropical, it's ornate, and it's pink!

Happy Pink Thursday to you!  Do you  have any favorite items that happen to be pink?

Happy (St. Patrick's Day) Wednesday!

Pin It Happy Wednesday!  And Happy St. Patrick's Day to you!  I should have prepared something festive and green for today...but for now, I have a few more photos from Florida to share.  We've had some fantastic sunny days so far this week, and I couldn't be happier about it!

Have a great day!

Contest Update and Florida Sunsets

Pin It Ok, so my contest was not a huge hit...No worries though, the prize will be kept for future contests!

A few more photos from Florida...the sunshine, the sea, and little treasures. Reggie and I love to stroll along the beach, looking for beautiful shells (no live shells, of course). This particular day, the beach was pretty deserted. We frolicked in the ocean, even though it was not very warm out. We stayed long enough to catch the sunset...and we were not disappointed!

I love the sea foam that gathered around this shell, and how the early
evening lightsparkles in the water and sand around it.

Happy Tuesday!

I *heart* Florida! 2008

Pin It December 2008
Southern Florida & Key West

My husband and I are so blessed to have such a loving family both near and far. We spent time with my family before Christmas and enjoyed a delicious dinner, tons of laughs, cookies and pies, oh my! Then it was time to fly off to southern Florida to visit Reggie's Mom as we do each year between Christmas and New Years. Her gift to us is a trip to Key West to visit my Uncle Mark, who helps run a thriving scooter, bicycle and electric car rental business on the 7 mile island. Of course I had to take my camera with me! There were so many fantastic photo opportunities in Florida, it was hard to put the camera down. Reggie also took some photos of his own. Here we go in no particular order. Maybe I will update the captions at some point, but for right now, please feel free to just enjoy the scenery. Sit back, relax and pretend you are there...I will be doing the same thing!

Thank you for watching!
