Morning Fog

The other day I arrived early to my on-location engagement session.  As I drove along, I noticed the beauty and serenity of the early morning fog that had settled.  I knew it was going to be a wonderful day.

What is your favorite thing about the early morning hours?  Do you grab a cup of coffee and read the newspaper?  Do you pull the covers over your head to muffle the sound of birds chirping outside your window?  The latter usually describes what I do whenever I get the chance, but now that I've seen this amazing morning light, I'm definitely excited to get out the door early to capture more scenes like this!
